Most people think better espresso comes from pressing harder. It doesn’t. A level, repeatable tamp is what helps transform inconsistent shots into a smoother, more balanced cup.

Uneven pressure can leave weak spots in the coffee bed, encourage channeling, and make one extraction taste completely different from the next. Grounds clinging to the base can also slow down a clean workflow.

The IKAPE 58.35mm Calibrated Spring Espresso Tamper combines guided pressure with a black titanium ripple-plated base. It is designed to help prepare an even puck while reducing static and leftover grounds after tamping.

• Tamp with repeatable pressure: The spring-loaded mechanism delivers consistent pressure of more than 30 lb.
• Create a more even coffee bed: A cylindrical shaft guides the tamper for a smoother, level press.
• Keep preparation cleaner: The titanium-plated ripple base helps reduce static and grounds left behind.
• Enjoy comfortable control: The anodized aluminum handle provides an ergonomic, secure grip.
• Match your setup accurately: The 58.35mm base is designed for compatible 58mm flat-bottom and bottomless portafilter baskets.

Perfect for home baristas, espresso beginners, coffee enthusiasts, professional workflows, and anyone seeking greater consistency from a compatible 58mm setup.

1. Distribute the coffee evenly in your portafilter basket.
2. Place the tamper level and press straight down.
3. Lift cleanly, lock in the portafilter, and pull your shot.

IKAPE pairs calibrated spring action, an ergonomic aluminum handle, and a durable titanium-plated base for confident everyday puck preparation.

Make every tamp more consistent.
