To make lemonade, add 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice Powder to 1 cup (8oz) of water. Add 1 tbsp of cane sugar (or desired amount of alternative sweetener), stir until dissolved, and enjoy!
To substitute for fresh lemon juice: Dissolve 2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice Powder in 1/4 cup room temperature water. Stir until dissolved, then use in place of lemon juice.
