PREMIUM 54Gr JAPANESE PAPER – Most filters use thin 20-40g paper to ave on costs. Not Bolio. thin chinese made paper causes "water-channeling" and weak, under-extracted coffee and frequent "Blow-outs". Our heavy-weight 54g paper provides superior strength and the ideal resistance for a controlled draw-down. Thicker paper allows for a slower extraction wiht slightly larger grounds, resulting in extended bloom and a balanced extraction, pulling rich, complex body and bright acidity from every gram of coffee.
SPECIFICALLY TUNED FOR V60 No.02 Drippers – Precision is everything in manual brewing. These No. 2 cone filters are engineered as a direct, premium replacement compatible with Hario V60 02 drippers.
