USED EXTENSIVELY IN MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE: Dried Lime Ground are used extensively in Persian cooking in tagines, stews, soups, vegetables, seafood, poultry and meat dishes.
EASY TO STORE AND USE: With a shaker-type top, which makes it easier to sprinkle the spice and not have to get a spoon every time. The bottle is also very convenient to store your spice.
NATURAL INGREDIENTS: No fillers like salt, only dried limes. The true limes are boiled in salt water, dried, and then coarse grind. The product is grounded not a fine lime powder.
