Are these mugs pricey? Yes. Do they seem delicate and should they be handled gingerly? Yes. Are they worth it and will they elevate your coffee experience? Most definitely. The mugs are lightweight, easy to hold, beautiful to behold, and will keep your drinks cold or hot longer than a regular ceramic mug. I can’t recommend them enough (or their 12 oz coffee mug versions).A note on the size:You might be tempted (as I was) to just buy the 12 oz glass coffee mugs from this same brand because they are cheaper. I did. And they’re excellent mugs! However, there is a reason they made a latte version … and I actually wound up spending more money because I ended up getting these, too. These 15 oz mugs give you the room you need to add foam/milk without worrying about making “too much” coffee. Yes, I add LOTS foam (see pics) … but I no longer have to skimp on the amount of iced coffee I brew (straight into this cup). So if you love lattes or playing around with coffee, glass mugs, and you want to save some money, just get these right away if you can … because you’re going to end up realizing that the other mugs can’t compare in terms of space.Update:These 15 oz mugs don’t hold the temperature as long as the smaller 12 oz mugs and there is condensation on the outside when I do iced coffee. Customer service was excellent and will replace them. Hopefully the new ones live up to the product description on these points.Update 2:The replacement mugs hold the heat a little longer than the originals. However, there seemed to be even more condensation forming on the replacements when I did iced coffee in them. Since that’s not according to the product description, I give it 4/5 stars. Nevertheless, the mugs are gorgeous and good for large specialty coffee servings.Update 3:I have to go back to 5/5 stars for these mugs. Sure there’s some condensation, but it doesn’t get anything wet really. And as long as you heat the milk a little more, the latte will hold the temperature. I use them way more than the smaller ones.

Durable, have had them for 9 months now. Use in dish washer, not broken yet, don't burn your lips.

These are nice and light. The insulation is good, can't feel more than slight warmth from within. and they look quite nice. A bit pricey but reasonable for blown glass. Quite large, easily fit a good size latte. The instructions indicate they are dishwasher safe, but reccomends hand washing. They do well in dishwasher but are quite fragile, make sure they sit loosley, with no pressure or hard objects against them. My dishwasher wrack fit them a little snuggly and one of them developed a small crack, it's still water tight water tight but I don't expect that one to last long. Since that I've made sure to place them in a way where they sit loosely with no pressure and they've developed no further cracks.

We've replaced all of our coffee mugs with these. They are not hot to the touch and really show off layered coffee drinks. Love them!

I love these mugs. They keep coffee hot and feel like a luxury item. Well worth the cost.

Love the glasses, but they are so delicate , I don't know how long they will last.

I finally threw away my plastic mug because I read so many articles that plastic seeps into our hot coffee. I graduated to these beautiful glass mugs. They seem very substantial and look quite classy.

Love this so much that they are the only mugs we use. Fit our hands well and keep (coffee) hotter. We hardly use the top dishwasher tray--since these are hand wash only. I ruined two--although repaired them and can use them again!

Too fragile and a couple were built wrong and the inner portion got water within it. Several have broken or cracked within a few uses. Very very disappointed.

Received these as a gift and love them. They can be hand washed or dishwasher. The handle is in the perfect location where you can put your thumb right at the top of the handle and the cup doesn't wobble (that could be a me thing). Would definitely recommend.

These mugs are very nice and durable as well. The borosilicate glass indeed seems of high quality and one of mine have already survived 2 falls I was sure would shatter them - 1 time falling from the counter into the sink, another time outside I knocked the mug off a short table onto the ground, the surface of which was littered with small rocks and pebbles and the mug again survived to my delightful surprise. I've never had a problem pouring scalding hot coffee or boiling water into them, nor any issue pouring in ice cold water. Of course you will not want to alternate between hot and cold and should be mindful of rapid temp changes. Overall, I like the durability, aesthetic, functionality, and feel of the mugs. They help keep hot beverages hot for longer and cold beverages cold for longer and look great doing so. Can definitely recommend.

The glassware was well packaged and arrived in a box with other products undamaged. The glasses are larger than they look in the pictures. They are understood to be made of unusually light and thin borosilicate glass that is resistant to thermal shock. The craftmanship is very good, very smooth and elegant. The thermal insulation behavior is a key feature - its like a thin Thermos, keeps coffee hot and does not transmit much of that heat through the walls or handle. They are very nice to hold and drink from. However - they seem susceptible to damage if allowed to clank around with other glassware and dishes and should be treated gently and protected from impacts.

I have one. Bought 2. Paid ridiculous full price. Took no time for one Nespresso pod to drop less than a foot out of hand onto one of the mugs for it to shatter into a million pieces. I’m still finding those sparkly shards in the kitchen, somehow after mopping, sweeping very regularly and most of it went into the cabinet drawer of my coffee station cuz like I said, I didn’t drop the mug just something on it sitting upside down. Anyway, I’m sour about the price and quality having only one mug, but they are very nice & keep coffee hotter much longer than ceramic mugs. And they got that bougie look. I’ve never & recommend you never put them in dishwasher or leave in sink. It was a quick slip of the hand of the little pod…crashhhhhh. Bye half of an expensive investment into my coffee enjoyment!

I love these mugs! I finally feel like I'm living the good life. $20 each is...steep, but worth it if you love to brew loose leaf tea. The double wall keeps the water hot enough for a strong brew. Pour freshly boiled water over the teabag in the cup, go do something else, come back and you have hot, fresh, full flavor tea. Even after 30 min, it's still super warm. I always hand wash them, don't want to risk damage from the dishwasher. I have mugs from C&B that do fine in the dw but they don't hold heat at all, in comparison to my zatte mugs. The zaddy of latte mugs! Yes!

I first bought a set of these on sale from Macy’s but one cup accidentally wound up in the dishwasher and it burst, so don’t put them in there - but they clean up super easy, almost like a glass nonstick surface! I then ordered a set of two from Amazon because every morning I make a double iced latté for myself and a hot latte for my spouse and these cups are absolutely perfect!! They are exactly the right size for a double latte… there’s enough room for the foam in the hot drink or enough room for all the ice in the cold drink. The insulation wall (double glass) keeps your drinks either super cold (the ice remains for hours) or keeps the hot drinks hot for almost as long. I also love that they are incredibly lightweight! I normally wouldn’t spend this much on a couple of coffee cups but these are absolutely worth it.

I like these mugs as they are the right size for my morning double lattes, keep them warm and are less fragile than other double-walled mugs I have owned which would crack if you set them down even a little hard into the sink. As other double-walled mugs I have owned have broken in the dishwasher, even when supposedly dishwasher safe, I always hand wash these mugs. That doesn't mean they aren't dishwasher safe, just that I haven't risked putting them in my dishwasher.
