I looooove white mocha powder for coffee. Make this with a latte and it is just divine! The tub comes filled nearly to the brim. It does not come with a scoop so measurements are in tablespoons I believe, but to each their own.

I use 2tbsp for 2 shots of espresso, blend it with a hand whisk, add a splash of half and half, over ice! Mmm the absolute best creamiest tastiest start to my morning. How are y'all going to recall and say that it is closed to get my money back because I still have the product and if I use it I could be sick or throw away a whole can of said product and not get a partial payment back because y'all recalled something; this happened to me twice!!!!!!!!

I love this stuff for making my coffee's it is just insane how expensive it is. I had to switch to another brand because I can get a 10lb box for cheaper than this 3lb can. And the taste and quality is pretty much just as good, not quite as good but the price makes up for it. Literally no reason this stuff should be so expensive.

I love this white chocolate powder, however the manufacturer did not include the lid. It is sealed so it traveled fine but once open there is no lid.

To get the best results out of this you have to use it the right way. Everything depends on your goal. If your goal is you want that chocolate favor your serving of the Ghirardelli should be twice the amount of milk . If you’re using anything but concentrated milk use creamer or I used the zero sugar reddi whip whip cream.Now for the mixing while you’re bringing the hot water to a boil (it is much better you use boiling water by the way). I used powdered milk , so make a paste or slurr of the powdered milk and Ghirardelli combo. A thick paste; so easy on the water. Stir , now don’t stir while you pour your hot water and pour it on top , I used a yeti so 6 spoons of Ghirardelli and the hot waiter almost to the top.Let it sit for a minute just steaming it, then stir any clumps. Taste test that you got everything. Now add your cream or whipped cream on top . I added strip waffle minis as a topping forMyself but design as you wish and voila!

I do not drink or eat caffeine, so I am on a perpetual search for decaf hot chocolate. Hershey's used to make Goodnight Kisses, but that seems to be gone. So I tried this. It's not bad. The instructions made no sense to me "Mix with milk and steam in a pitcher." What does that mean? I mixed the powder and milk in a mug and put it in the microwave. You have to stir it often because it stays clumpy. My sister (a chef) said that I need to watch it carefully in the microwave because it will burn easily, and that this type of mix tends to be clumpy. Nonetheless, with whipped cream it was pretty good. Not hot chocolate, but it will do.

My daughter made me an iced coffee on Halloween with marshmallow ghosts and it was by far and away the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Turns out the key to the whole thing was this beautiful sugary yummy powder.She brews a double or triple shot of espresso and adds roughly 1.5-2 tablespoons of this, mixes until dissolved & pours over ice and then tops with half and half - you will not be sorry. PS: don’t look at the calories.

We buy the frappe mix and love it, decided to try this not really knowing if it would be a big difference, we couldn't tell any difference in the taste. This mixes very well, is smooth, and tastes great. If you are worried like I was about this being as good as the frappe mix or throwing your frappe off, it will not. This also works great in a ninja slushie for a easy frappe fix at home.

I'm on my second can of this stuff, lol. While I don't enjoy it as Hot Chocolate, I add a small amount to my morning coffee, making it a creamy and frothy wakeup treat. The first can I bought, not sure of the seller, was only $17.00 but when I went to replenish my supply, the cost had risen to over $30 !!! So I waited for a sale and got it for around $22. Still high but what isn't these days. However it lasts a long time as a flavor additive. It's sweet, creams up and mixes in nicely without a residue or odd chalky taste

I then pour this concoction into a cup with ice and add a bit of sugar free creamer. It’s delicious.
